Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:51 PM Monday of a theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed 13 bottles of liquor, having a total retail value of $529.86, from the store without paying for the alcohol.
Police were on the scene investigating on Monday July 24, 2017. Extra security personnel were also at the store on Monday.
Video surveillance captured the incident and the offender is described as a white male with a short dark beard, wearing a gray baseball cap, dark colored t-shirt, and dark colored pants.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 09:50 PM.
