Arlington Heights Police Seek Help to Identify Man Who Followed, Took Cell Phone Pics of Mom, Juvenile Daughter at Target

Arlington Heights police responded about 10:16 AM Sunday to a report of disorderly conduct at the Target store, 1700 East Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a man was following a mother and daughter around the store while taking pictures of them with his cell phone.

Arlington Heights police department is investigating a disorderly conduct's case which occurred on August 13, 2017 in about 10:15 AM at the target located in Arlington Heights.

The suspect was observed taking photographs of the victim and her juvenile daughter using a cell phone. According to the victim, the suspect was following her and her daughter around the store while attempting to take photographs while his cell phone was held at hip level. When confronted, the suspect quickly exited the store and entered a vehicle witnesses described as a Toyota Camry with Illinois license plates.
