Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:30 AM Sunday of criminal defacement to property at the Davis Street pedestrian underpass near Davis Street and Bristol Lane Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally defaced the area of the underpass under the Union Pacific Northwest Line railroad tracks between Davis Street and Northwest Highway near Bristol Lane.
The cost to repair the damage was unknown at the time of the police report.
There was no mention whether gang symbols or other graffiti were involved.
Blue spray paint with possibly gang symbols has recently been reported near Kensington Road and Hickory Avenue.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 12:01 AM and Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 11:29 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 83:28 (hours: minutes) or about 3.5 days.
