Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:36 PM Wednesday to a report of a person hit by a vehicle, Illinois Avenue and Plum Grove Road Palatine, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a male teen was possibly seriously injured at this incident.

The patient was transported to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
