Retail Theft of Alcohol at Binny's on Rand Road, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police responded about 10:39 AM Thursday to a report of a retail theft at Binny's, 69 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that unknown offenders removed two bottles of Cognac, valued at $39 each from the business.
The offenders are described as ...
#1) a black female, mid 30's, 5'09" 160 LBS, brown eyes, black hair in braids, wearing black leggings, red long sleeve shirt and carrying a large black tote purse, and
#2) a black female, mid 30's, 5'09, 170 lbs., brown eyes, dark colored cap, wearing black leggings, grey shirt and black jacket.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Monday, October 9, 2017 between 7:45 PM and 7:55 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:10 (hours: minutes).
