Armed Robbery on Coventry Ln in Residential Neighborhood, Crystal Lake
Crystal Lake police responded about 9:40 PM Sunday to an armed robbery on Coventry Lane near the intersection of Coventry Lane and Lee Drive, Crystal Lake, IL. Police received a report that a person was robbed in a residential neighborhood.
The offender was described as a male/white 5' 6" LBS, wearing black mask, black hooded sweater or sweatshirt and black pants.
The suspect was armed with a black handgun, and took cash and a cell phone.
The suspect was driving a black 4-door SUV that was last seen northbound on Coventry Lane toward Route 14 (Virginia Street).
The crime is reported to have occurred at 9:40 p.m.
