Arlington Heights and/or Illinois State police responded about 3:42 PM Wednesday to a hit-and-run crash property damage-only at 42.128735, -88.003814 (Rand Road and Route 53 Arlington Heights, IL). Police received a report that the offending vehicle was described as a black BMW SUV.

The driver was described as a male/white driver that appeared to be intoxicated.
