Elk Grove Village police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:24 PM Wednesday to a report of a dumpster fire at Staples, 610 Meacham Road Elk Grove Village, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a dumpster fire outside at the back of at Staples.
The caller reported flames are closer to the building than originally thought.
Engine 10's crew on arrival reports a fire in a dumpster in a corral next to the building by 7:29 p.m.
The fire was out by about 7:30 p.m.
Engine 10's crew was working for an extended period regarding evidence at the scene.
