Battalion Chief 1 on arrival reported a fully-involved house fire by 7:36 p.m.
Battalion Chief 1 reported he can't confirm the address because of the fire conditions at the house. However, he confirmed the house fire is located at a house directly west of Meyer Street and the first house north of Elgin Mall.
Battalion Chief 1 reported a defensive operation underway immediately after arrival.
