Retail Theft at Target Store on Rand Rd near Thomas St, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:23 PM Monday of retail theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender removed a shopping cart full of merchandise of unknown value from the store. The offender is described as a Hispanic male, medium build, 5'08" 185 LBS, black hair, wearing a dark flannel and hooded sweatshirt.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Monday, April 16, 2018 between 8:10 PM and 8:22 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:12 (hours: minutes).
