Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 6:43 PM Friday to a report of a car vs tree crash at Algonquin Road and Goebbert Road Arlington Heights, Il. The crash was upgraded to an extrication call by 6:53 p.m.

One patient was transported to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
