Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:01 AM Monday of a bicycle theft at Arlington Park, 2200 West Euclid Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took the victim's unsecured black Norco 10-speed road bicycle with a gray bag on the handle bars. The bicycle is described as having two black fenders and silver trim, valued at $2,000.
