Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:01 AM Tuesday of a bicycle theft at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, 500 North Dunton Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took the victim's locked green Huffy bicycle with metal pedals. The bicycle was valued at $100.
