Arlington Heights police received a report of a theft of an Apple iPad at Starbucks, 1802 North Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed an Apple iPad from the victim's bag after the victim left the bag unattended while the victim was using the restroom. The value of the Apple iPad is unknown at the time of the police report.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred was less than a few minutes, but theft wasn't notice for 2:00 (hours: minutes).
