Unknown offender(s) unlawfully took the victim's bicycle from the bcycle rack at the train station. The bicycle had been secured to the bike rack with a bike lock at the time of the theft. The defeated bike lock was also taken from the scene.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Friday, September 6, 2019 between 7:55 AM and 4:30 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 8:35 (hours: minutes).
