Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:47 PM Monday of retail theft at Dick's Sporting Goods 401 East Palatine Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that five unknown offenders concealed merchandise for sale on their persons before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
Initially the offenders were only described as five female/black offenders last seen leaving the area in a beige Volkswagen Jetta with an Illinois License plate.
The total retail value of the merchandise taken is approximately $2,000.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Monday, September 2, 2019 between 1:38 PM and 1:46 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:8 (hours: minutes).
