Male Offender Takes Over $2,000 in Merchandise from Dick's Sporting Goods, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:56 PM Tuesday of retail theft at Dick's Sporting Goods 401 East Palatine Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown male concealed merchandise for sale on his person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.

The offender is described as a male/Hispanic with thin with short dark hair and wearing all black clothing.

The total retail value of the merchandise is approximately $2160. The male offender was last seen leaving the area in a red sedan with an unknown license plate.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 between 6:45 PM and 6:55 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:10 (hours: minutes).
