Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:36 PM Saturday of a residential burglary in the block of 200 North Dryden Place Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders unlawfully entered a vacant residence by using a blunt object to force open a door -- evident by damaged wood on the door frame.
The unknown offender or offenders entered an attic in the residence and left numerous lights turned on in the residence, which alerted neighbors to the otherwise vacant and dark home.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11:35 PM.
