Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:31 AM Wednesday of a theft at Binny's Beverage Depot 35 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender concealed merchandise for sale on his person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
The offender is described as a male/Hispanic, with a dark-colored mustache, bleached blond hair and wearing a blue #54 Chicago Bears jersey, blue jeans and a dark-colored baseball cap. The total retail value of the merchandise taken is approximately $212.97.
