Arlington Heights police received a report about 2:35 PM Wednesday of a theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender concealed merchandise for sale on her person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
The offender is described as a female/white with a medium build and medium-length brown hair, wearing blue jeans and a gray shirt, and carrying a small gray handbag. The total retail value of the merchandise is approximately $163.95.
