Retail Theft at Target Rand Rd and Thomas St, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:33 AM Sunday of a retail theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender concealed merchandise for sale on her person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise. The same female was identified by Target Loss Prevention as having unlawfully taken merchandise from the store in the past.
Initially the only description available was a female/black subject that left the store with merchandise.
The total retail value of the merchandise is under investigation at this time, according to Arlington Heights police.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, August 25, 2019 between 8:32 AM and 9:32 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 1:00 (hours: minutes).
