Arlington Heights police received a report about 2:31 PM Monday of a theft at Ulta Beauty, 13 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that four unknown offenders concealed merchandise for sale on their persons before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.

#1) Male/black, medium build, approximately 20 years-old, wearing a mustard colored hoodie with "USA" printed in dark letters on the front, black pants and dark colored shoes.
#2) Female/black, thin build, approximately 20 years-old with short hair and wearing a multi-colored headband, black sweatshirt with small orange lettering on the front, pink pants and dark colored winter boots.
#3) Female/black, medium build, approximately 20 years-old with long dark hair and wearing a black sweatshirt, a gold pendant necklace, dark-colored pants and dark colored shoes.
#4) Female/black with long dark hair and wearing a white jacket with large letters down the sleeve, faded and torn blue jeans, white shoes, and carrying a large tote bag.
The total retail value of the merchandise is pending store inventory, but a preliminary investigation indicates a loss in excess of approximately $4,000.
The offenders were seen parked in a handicapped parking stall on the property in a gray Chevrolet Impala with an Illinois license plate.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Monday, October 7, 2019 between 2:22 PM and 2:30 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:08 (hours: minutes).
