Theft of Wallet from Purse at Restaurant at Algonquin Rd and Golf Rd, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:01 PM Saturday of a theft at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant, 798 West Algonquin Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders unlawfully removed the victim's wallet from the victim's purse while the victim was dining at the restaurant. The wallet contained various credit and identification cards and approximately $60.
The credit cards were later used fraudulently.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, December 21, 2019 between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 1:30 (hours: minutes).
