Arlington Heights police received a report about 5:26 PM Tuesday of a theft at Jewel-Osco, 1860 S Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender concealed merchandise for sale on his person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
The offender is described as a male (no race available) approximately 6'0" with a slim build and wearing a blue shirt and a tan hat. The offender was last seen leaving the area in a dark blue Nissan sedan with an unknown license plate. The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is approximately $360.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 5:25 PM.
