Theft of Lawn Equipment on Hickory Ave, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:16 PM Friday of a theft of a landscaper's lawn equipment in the block of 900 North Hickory Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown male offender unlawfully took lawn equipment from the bed of a landscaping truck parked in the roadway. The value of the lawn equipment was unknown at the time of the police report.

The offender was observed by a witness and is described as a male/black, approximately 20-30 years old with dreadlocks and wearing a yellow safety vest and blue jeans. The offender was seen leaving the area in a shiny, black newer model Mazda sedan with tinted windows, front-end damage and no front license plate.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 11:15 PM.
