Male with Cubs Jacket Shoplifted Monday Night at Target on Rand Rd, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:51 PM Monday of a theft at Target 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender concealed merchandise for sale on his person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
The offender is described as a male/white wearing a blue face mask, a Chicago Cubs jacket and blue jeans. The offender was last seen leaving the area in an older model SUV with an unknown license plate. The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is approximately $70.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Monday, July 20, 2020 between 8:45 PM and 8:50 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:5 (hours: minutes).
