Arlington Heights police received a report about 4:51 PM Tuesday of a theft at Target 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an one unknown male offender concealed merchandise for sale on his person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
The offender is described as a male/white, approximately 6'0" medium build, wearing a face mask, a baseball cap, a long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. The offender was last seen leaving the area in a newer model silver BMW SUV with an unknown license plate.
The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is approximately $500.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 between 2:30 PM and 4:50 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 2:20 (hours: minutes).
