Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:55 PM Friday of a theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender concealed merchandise for sale on his person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
The offender is described as a male/white approximately 30-40 years-old and wearing a surgical face mask, white shoes, blue jeans and a black T-shirt.
The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is approximately $330.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Friday, September 11, 2020 between 6:51 PM and 6:54 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:03 (hours: minutes).
