Theft of Wallet at Downtown Arlington Heights Restaurant on Campbell St, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:46 PM Friday of a theft at Carlos Y Carlos restaurant, 27 West Campbell Street Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders unlawfully took the victim's wallet from a tabletop after the wallet was left behind mistakenly by the victim. The wallet was a name brand wallet, and valued at approximately $1,000.
Contained in the wallet was approximately $300 cash and various credit and identification cards.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Friday, September 4, 2020 between 7:00 PM and 9:45 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 2:45 (hours: minutes).
