Attempted Armed Robbery at Pizza Place on Rand Rd Near Route 53 in Palatine Township
Arlington Heights police responded about 11:30 AM Wednesday to an attempted armed robbery at Pedro's Pizza, 1513 North Rand Road Palatine Township, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender implied he had a gun, but did not display a gun. He demanded money, but did leave with any money, and fled northbound on Frontage Road from the scene.
The offender was described as a male/Hispanic, 20-25 years-old, wearing all black.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 11:30 p.m.
