Home Invasion on Roanoke Drive Near Raleigh St, Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:40 PM Sunday of a home invasion in the block of 1500 West Roanoke Drive Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that unknown offenders arrived at the house after the victim agreed to sell his PlayStation 5 to a subject he communicated with on Facebook Marketplace.
Three male subjects arrived at the victim's house. While speaking to the victim, one subject entered the residence, grabbed the PlayStation out of the victim's hand and fled on foot.
Police were told the victim chased the offender, but that the victim was confronted by another subject in the car who pointed a gun at the victim.
The offenders fled in a gray 2006 Hyundai Sonata, and were last seen southbound on Wilke Road from Roanoke Drive.
The suspects are described as ...
#1- Black male, age 18, approximately 5'5, thin build, with short black dreadlocks, wearing a red/white
hat, a long-sleeved orange shirt, green shorts and green or gray shoes.
#2- Black male, age 18, approximately 5'5, thin build with short black hair dreadlocks, wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt with a white stripe, red pants and red/white shoes.
#3- Black male, age 18, approximately 5'5, thin build with medium length black dreadlocks, wearing a black shirt and black pants and black shoes.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 3:40 p.m.
