Theft at Jo-ann Fabric and Craft Store on Palatine Rd Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:20 PM Saturday of a theft at  373 East Palatine Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders concealed merchandise for sale on their person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise. A sewing machine was discovered missing following a sewing class offered at the location. The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is unknown. Retail Theft at Burlington Coat Factory on Rand Road, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:33 AM Saturday of a theft at Burlington Coat Factory, 30 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders concealed merchandise for sale on their persons before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise. The first offender is described as a male/black, approximately 20-25 years old, average height and build with medium length black braids and wearing a gray sweatshirt and pants with a white headband. The second offender is described as a female/black, approximately 20-25 years old, average height and heavy build with medium length straight black hair and wearing a black puffy jacket and black pants with a white headband. The offenders were last seen leaving the area in a black Ford Taurus with an unknown license plate. The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is approximately $1,000. Theft of Four Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max Devices at Apple Deer Park at Deer Park Town Center

The Lake County Sheriff's Office received a report about 5:23 PM Friday of a felony theft at the Apple Store Deer Park, 20530 North Rand Road Deer Park, IL. Police received a report that unknown offenders took four Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max smartphones. Two of the suspects fled in a black vehicle with tinted windows -- possibly a Buick 4-door. One suspect fled on foot. Offender #1 was described as a male/black, wearing a gray and black camouflage hoodie, blue jeans and black and white shoes. Offender #2 was described as a female/black wearing pink jacket, black jeans or leggings and black shoes. Offender #3 was described as a male/black wearing a black hoodie with a white logo, white belt, black jeans and black shoes. Offender #3 fled on foot. Theft of Mail from House on Evergreen Ave Near Thomas St, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:51 PM Saturday of a theft in the block of 1500 North Evergreen Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders unlawfully took mail from the victim's residential mailbox. Included in the mail taken was bank account information. That information was later used to withdraw money from the victim's bank account. The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, March 28, 2020 between 12:00 AM and 11:50 PM. Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:00 PM Saturday of a retail theft at 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown male/back offender concealed merchandise for sale on his person before leaving the store without paying for the merchandise. The offender is described as a male/black, approximately 20-30 years old and wearing a dark colored jacket with a yellow interior, black pants and a black winter hat. The offender was last seen leaving the area as a passenger in a tan Ford Explorer with an unknown license plate. The total retail value of the stolen merchandise is approximately $900.
